Delivery Timeframes

After your order has been placed, picked and packed, you will receive an email notification advising you that your order has been shipped. This email will contain your tracking information.

  • For metro areas our delivery time frame is 3 - 5 business days.
  • For regional areas our delivery time frame is 5 - 7 business days.
  • For remote locations our delivery time frame is 7 - 14 business days.

Please note, we do not offer express shipping and currently only deliver to Australia. We do not deliver to PO boxes, parcel lockers, private mail bags (PMBs) or locked bags.

Once your order is placed, we cannot make any item or detail changes, so please ensure your details are correct upon checkout. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us so we can assist you further. 


We use multiple carriers to deliver our online orders. Subject to the size of your order, it will be shipped with one or more of the below:

  • Allied Express
  • Australia Post
  • Couriers Please
  • MeeMeep
  • TNT Express

The tracking link in your shipment email will take you directly to the carrier’s website. 

Click & Collect

We offer Click & Collect, for an irresistibly low $3 service fee*, in select stores across Australia.

How to Click & Collect:

  • Simply select Click & Collect as your delivery method during checkout
  • Receive an email or SMS notification, normally within 24 hours, to collect your order
  • Ensure you have your order confirmation/collection notification with you upon collection**
  • Collect your order from the Layby/Service counter in store
  •  Please note, orders will be held for up to 10 days after you have received your collection notification. Any orders not collected within 10 days will be cancelled and refunded, excluding the $3 service fee.

    If you change your mind, you can cancel your Click & Collect order any time before collection, however please note that we are unable to make any item changes once your order has been placed.

    *To keep our prices irresistibly low, we charge a $3 service fee for your items to be individually picked, packed and stored by our dedicated team members.

    **Family and friends can collect your order on your behalf, provided they have a copy of the order confirmation and collection notification. 

    Partial Shipments

    Kmart may ship your order in multiple shipments from different online stores. In this case, you will receive multiple shipping confirmation emails from us, all containing your separate tracking information.
